Gymnastique et stretching<\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s le ski, le chemin m\u00e8ne souvent directement au bar apr\u00e8s-ski, au salon pour le d\u00eener ou au sauna. Cela fait certainement du bien, mais il est encore mieux d&rsquo;effectuer une petite phase de cool-down avant. Nous vous recommandons une s\u00e9ance de gymnastique l\u00e9g\u00e8re et d&rsquo;\u00e9tirements : lors de s\u00e9ances de sport intenses comme le ski alpin, les muscles sont soumis \u00e0 une pression extr\u00eame et se contractent fortement. Pour qu&rsquo;ils puissent bien r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer apr\u00e8s, ils doivent en quelque sorte se s\u00e9parer. L&rsquo;\u00e9tirement est donc important. Il est vrai que l&rsquo;\u00e9tirement \u00ab\u00a0correct\u00a0\u00bb est une philosophie complexe et tr\u00e8s discut\u00e9e. Mais comme souvent, la r\u00e8gle d&rsquo;or est la suivante : autant que n\u00e9cessaire et aussi peu que possible. Douches altern\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p>Inspir\u00e9e de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre cure Kneipp, il est conseill\u00e9 de se doucher en alternant eau froide et eau chaude. Les variations de temp\u00e9rature stimulent le m\u00e9tabolisme et am\u00e9liorent l&rsquo;irrigation sanguine et l&rsquo;apport en nutriments non seulement des muscles, mais aussi des os, du cartilage, des tendons et des ligaments.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"3-le-sauna\">3. Le sauna<\/h2>\n<p>Le sauna a un effet presque identique. Le corps est doucement surchauff\u00e9, les vaisseaux se dilatent, davantage de sang et donc de nutriments sont pomp\u00e9s dans les tissus. De plus, la chaleur d\u00e9tend les muscles sollicit\u00e9s. La s\u00e9ance de sauna r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice peut se faire en douceur. Une ou deux s\u00e9ances de 15 minutes \u00e0 60 degr\u00e9s maximum suffisent. Boire beaucoup et manger sainement<\/h2>\n<p>Il est \u00e9galement important de manger des aliments riches en nutriments et de boire beaucoup. Il ne faut pas seulement veiller \u00e0 s&rsquo;hydrater suffisamment apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance de sauna. Pendant la journ\u00e9e de ski et m\u00eame le soir, il faut assurer un \u00e9quilibre sain des min\u00e9raux dans le corps. Il faut boire au moins 2 litres par jour, de l&rsquo;eau aux jus de fruits en passant par les boissons isotoniques. L&rsquo;alcool est toutefois exclu. L&rsquo;alcool d\u00e9shydrate le corps et inhibe les processus importants de construction musculaire. Ce poison cellulaire est absolument contre-productif pour une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration efficace. En ce qui concerne l&rsquo;alimentation, certains aliments peuvent vraiment booster les muscles. Les prot\u00e9ines sont essentielles pour la construction musculaire et c&rsquo;est juste apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exercice que le corps peut les utiliser au mieux. Si vous voulez faire du bien \u00e0 votre corps, vous pouvez manger un d\u00e9licieux fromage blanc, un filet de thon ou une salade d&rsquo;oeufs apr\u00e8s votre derni\u00e8re descente. Dormir beaucoup<\/h2>\n<p>C&rsquo;est pendant la nuit que le corps r\u00e9cup\u00e8re le mieux. Il ne suffit pas de s&rsquo;allonger bri\u00e8vement l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi et de fermer les yeux. C&rsquo;est pendant la phase de sommeil profond que le corps se r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e8re le mieux et c&rsquo;est pendant le sommeil que le corps produit le plus de prot\u00e9ines et d&rsquo;hormones de croissance, qui conditionnent notamment le renouvellement des cellules. Une nuit de sommeil saine et suffisamment longue est donc extr\u00eamement importante pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"6-\u00c9couter-son-corps\">6. \u00c9couter son corps<\/h2>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, plus l&rsquo;effort est important, plus la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration est n\u00e9cessaire.
